A destination management company, or DMC, is a specialist partner based in a destination that arranges the on-the-ground elements of a trip: transfers, guides, drivers, private access, restaurant bookings, and the local logistics that make an itinerary work. Where Maison Emerald designs the trip and holds the relationship with the client, a DMC is often who delivers the day-to-day detail in the destination itself.
